Plutonium is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you full control over your data. You may request deletion of your connected social account data or your entire Plutonium account at any time using the methods described below.
You can remove any connected social media account directly from the Plutonium dashboard. This immediately revokes access permissions and deletes all associated data from our systems.
Once removed, Plutonium will no longer access, store, or process data from that social account.
You may also revoke Plutonium’s access directly from the social platform where the account was connected. This will automatically stop data sharing with Plutonium.
After access is revoked, any remaining tokens or related data stored by Plutonium are automatically deleted.
If you want to permanently delete your entire Plutonium account, including all connected social accounts, scheduled posts, analytics, and stored content, you may submit a manual deletion request.
Please email us at support@plutonium.com with the subject: “Account & Data Deletion Request”.
For security purposes, the request must be sent from the email address associated with your Plutonium account. All data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
Plutonium does not retain personal or platform data after account or access removal, except where required by law or for fraud prevention purposes. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and platform-specific data policies.
